3D Animated Rainbow Transparent Center Cursors
IMPROVED VERSIONS POSTED! SEE "MORE 3D ANIMATED RAINBOW TRANSPARENT CENTER," CURSOR SET 599.
The 3D outline is solid, center is transparent. The color change moves along both the solid outline and the transparent interior. Two versions of the animation have color moving parallel to the arrow shaft and crosswise to the shaft.
