Highlight Black 10 Cursors

This highlighted cursor set is mostly useful on dark themes in Windows 10. This cursor set can also be used on white backgrounds which often causes some obscurity with normal cursor sets. This is a black Highlight Black 10 cursor set. There is a greyish appearance in the circle halos because I have set the black color opacity alpha level to 50% so that the highlighted halos have a 50/50% opacity and transparency effect. I have used the same 50/50% effect for all my other highlighted cursor sets in this whole series. That is perfectly normal for highlighted cursors.

This full set has 17 cursor roles in a 64x64 size resolution. There are 15 static cursors and 2 animated cursors with blue wheel effects. The wheels spinning are always set to 3 seconds and there are 18 frames for a complete revolution spin. This is the default frame amount and speed of the spinning wheels for the default cursors in Windows 10.

Please make sure to have the latest build of Windows 10 for best usability and clarity of those cursors. The minimum recommendation requirement is build 19H1 of Windows 10 or later.

Please note that those white cursors will be highly visible for video and presentation purposes because of the black circle halo. Using those cursors on web pages containing lots of text like in a textbook can help very much in reading and focusing on the lines you are reading. Please note that due to the black cursor border with the black circle halos will make the cursor borders almost impossible to see up closely. That is perfectly normal because black outlines and black circle halos always makes obscurity visibility. Nothing can be done about that so you will have to go with that. However, that does not mean that this Highlight Black 10 cursor set has a defect. It is perfect, so please admire its appearance.
