4.5 stars!
- You did excellent work, these cursors have very nice graphics, you took advantage of the drawing tools well to ensure that curves are smooth and edges are not rough (The question mark is the exception, but I'll cover that later).
- Cursor animations are nice, but not too distracting so as to detract from functionality.
- Excellent color scheme, I love green and black color combos.
- Great that you gave credit to the source of your inspiration!
- I took one star away for the following reasons:
1. The cursors are very "wide." My personal preference is at least for cursors that have a more "pointing" function such as the "Normal" cursor to be more narrow so that they point well without covering up nearby objects too much. Not terrible at all, but just a bit out of my preference there.
2. Again, personal preference, but I tend to prefer the "Unavailable" cursor to be a different color, especially red to further indicate the "unavailability" or perhaps at least rotate the "slash" by 90 degrees to de-symmetrize it and give the suggestion of something wrong.
3. I would have liked to see the question mark be smoother via the text tool. Would make the black outline harder to do, but would look better.
4. I tend to prefer the resize arrows to be all the same size. Your diagonal resizes are longer than your vertical and horizontal resizes.
All in all, excellent work! You hit all of the points for high quality cursors, leaving only personal preference as a source of negativity. Keep it up!
[EDIT] I'd actually change it to 4 stars, but I can't. That further-reduced half star would be for missing two cursor roles (Busy and Handwriting). but still, great work!

I prefer smaller cursors, but apart from that: Well done!

VERY COOL CURSORS!!
it still is very cool even in the future (aka now for me or the past for you lol)
i love the theme to it, very futuristic and reminds me of pokemon sorta, idk the style reminds me of like animated technology from a kids show, very aesthetic too, if i saw this when i was little i would literally die for it
