These are a bit low effort cursors. You just took some images, then you converted them into cursors. The majority of the cursors have their hotspot in the wrong place. But this is your second set so I give you a solid 3.

That could be a better job, but it's not. The HotSpots were not manipulated when saving these cursors and as a result, they are in the wrong position. Another problem is the background transparency of the image that you didn't enable in some cursors. Problem with transparency again... in the "Cross" cursor you activated the excessive transparency that damaged the visualization of the object in dark environments, in addition to the trail of traces that should be eliminated and corrected.
