complete set (also a replacement for windows aero style) (windows 7,8,10 preferable)

suitable for adults lol
less animation == seamless performance (only working and busy are animated)

suggested wallpaper:
google image search term "red and black background"

also choose windows dark mode and accent colour as red in settings -> personalization -> colours

photoshop credits -> GIMP v2.10 (layers drawn by me)
cursor creation software -> RealWorld Cursor Editor
(for hot spot and publishing)
