BTW this is a pretty tough one to pull off. I would appreciate any constructive comments, suggestions and requests. They look a little rough in the previews, but look awesome with win 7, 8 and earlier versions. Not sure if they work with linux flavors, looking forward to finding out.

OK a suggestion. When doing symmetric rotating cursors, you do not need to rotate them the full 360 degrees. If for example, you have a wheel with 6 rims, you only need to rotate it by 360/6 degrees. When the animation repeats, it will just continue. That way, you can save some work and file size.

normally i will animate half of the motion. but in this case I rendered the full rotation -1 frame. By adjusting the rendering frame rate and the wait time between frames with RW it is easier to get any animation speed without chop. In this case I think i can reduce it by more than half, but I was waiting on some critique on how fast and etc.

I am thinking about removing this one anyhow. I think maybe these would be cool icons, but cursors...not so much :P
