I like that there are lots of colors, but they are all the same cursor. Ideally, you want a cursor for each role (15 cursors). You have already made a few cursor sets like this. I like the idea!

The designs for these cursors are nice and simple which is what you were going for however ideally you’d want a full set of these as a cursor with all 17 cursor roles.
You’ve included nine colours currently.
Would maybe of been nice to see a dark green cursor or a grey cursor as well in the set.
You maybe could have added some effects to the cursors like a bevel or 3D effects rather than them just been 2D.
