you do have to wonder when all of a sudden there is a giant leap in skill level and quality of work..
These are not your work and you should have just amended the description to give credit where credit is due..

Yeah, he is not the original author of these cursors. But as you might notice, original post provides only a theme for CursorXP, which is a 3rd party app and requires installing. That theme is inbuilt into a single binary file, acceptable only by that app. Here are the normal ani cursors in the usual format for Windows. Maybe we can say thank to this guy for converting them to ani at least?
