Might've been more prudent of me to test 'em first...
Oookay,
not visible via phone's File Manager,
but they work ! ~
Not sure why anyone would want these, but...
for one, I think it's interesting they were made
& shoved into some .dll file...
These Vista-7 Æro-style cursors were found
within the user32.dll in the Windows folder.
With the exception of the glowy spinner,
these are as minimal a cursor can get...
Shoutout to our moderator for introducing me to ResourcesExtract,
& of course many thanks to N.Sofer
for programming such a delightful utility.
The busy cursor seems to be just the Vista-7 Æro spinner alone, I thus omitted it,
as it's probably in a couple other sets here.
I don't own these assets,
& thus have no say about licensing.

4 out of 5 stars.
@CursorCollectionist
These were for a touchscreen PC. Once you tap on the screen, one of these cursors shows up for a second before fading.
...seems a bit pointless,
as we'd have an irl pointer,
but we got 'em anyway,
so I can't really complain xÞ
...oh wait... calibration, right...
Wth, someone actually downloaded 'em xĐ
