Great cursor pack overall, the Working In Background and Busy ones are my favorites (impressive rotation design). The Unavailable cursor just doesn't fit though, but the hand being for the Move cursor is a neat idea. If only the hand could grab 
Those Win Mac cursors are fantastic. Now, please make a Win Windows set for Windows.
