Oof. I feel like this is off theme, and sloppy. But this is your first cursor set, so I will spare you from a low rating. The blue windows 95 busy cursor does not look like a windows 95 cursor. It looks like a default cursor, like the one on the online Rw cursor editor or something. 5/5 because this is alright for your first set. Also, the hotspots are a bit weird.
