Windows 9 doesn't exist; it's fake. If you see ISOs of Windows 9, those are more likely to be bootleg hacks of Windows 7 or 8 modified to become an [awful] Windows 8 successor. Don't install bootleg ISOs unless you have a virtual machine.
Also, I honestly don't know why Microsoft skipped from 8 to 10 for this version.
