• Designated to be used as a Alternate Select cursor by right- or left-handed people.
• Static (non-animated) cursor.

Never used this cursor before: apparently you can't even use it at all in latest Windows versions. I think it's for backwards compatibility?
Anyways it's basically the Normal Select cursor but longer and thinner.
