damn stright. delight yourself to a wonderful edition to my cursor collection . took about 4+ hours made completely from scratch. I made this in MS paint then transfered it to RWCE and started making frames. then i simply shrunk down the animation to fix the max size for a cursor (reason why its blurry in the editor). P.S. i put the little pointer in the top-left on purpose.
