Die Siedler / The Settlers.
Oh, & a bunch of edits off of it.
Not much, I know, but eventually
I\'ll make a prettier set from other UI elements.

What's new :
-Replaced Wait cursor with a more UI-like one;
-Similarly with the WiB, in this case with 3 replacements;
-Added a custom, slightly cursed I-beam;
-Replaced vertical&horizontal resizers;
-Removed custom NO 4;
-Added a custom link selector;
Added 3 help selectors, 2 of 'em are more UI-like;
-Added a very cursed context menu cursor.
