These are really nice! The white outline, and the colours are vivid, but soft enough too.
The main image is broken on the main page, but they are really good!

Like the fizzy sparkle set, it has pastel rainbow hearts that pulse with sparkles, but with more intense colors made to be more visible against dark backgrounds and slightly slower color changes to ease the overwhelming nature of the increased color saturation.
