I wont remove the circle because it is part of the highlight theme. This set is still transparent. However, I do have other transparent sets available.
Highlight Transparent 10 Cursors
Users that does not like having a background color for their highlighter cursors, I have created a cursor set that has 100% transparency on the circle halo background. The only difference, this time is that the cursor has a black outline with 100% opacity so that the halo circle can properly be seen with the naked eye.
Since this cursor set has no background color for the circle halos, the background color that you move the cursor roles upon, will change automatically when moving the mouse. That is so cool. The only visible aid here is the black circle halo outline, which is known as the halo border.
This Highlight Transparent 10 cursor is a 64x64 pixel resolution size cursor set. All the cursor roles are in the default white appearance as the ones you use by default in Windows 10. There are 17 cursor roles in this full set. Two of them are blue animated spinning action wheels.
You may find this cursor set strange but, it helps people get a transparent choice for circle guides halos. This cursor set removes the distraction and annoyance for some users who prefers using a cursor set without the shading highlighting effect.
