This is the "Minimum Size 1x1" cursor set. This cursor set is the smallest possible cursor set that can be made. It is only 1x1 pixels and 1-Bit. Since this cursor set is so small, all the cursors looks like squares. I cannot do anything about that. The color is black due to the monochrome color depth.
