what type of computer do you have I have HP click right click on mouse press personilse and on the top left side it says 'change mouse' click on that and on the bottom right press 'Browse' then click on the place you save it under click the one you want then press 'Apply' and wala oh by the way im only 11 and this was posted on the 1-06-2011 and I hope i've help some people out ther

first you download, place it on ur desktop, then go to the start menu and type cursors and click it, then put the files that cant be found from the downloaded cursors and but it in the cursors file then close that all, finnally go to personoliz and then go to mouse pointers, go to none, then in the bottom rite cornor and go to browse, find urs and use it

the atomic bomb cursor has the hot spot in the wrong spot. i love the green droplet cursor. cool effects and they are also very creative. it would be great for you to make more, these cursors are great with a few fixes
