my brother has been using a similar looking cursor set for 5 years now people really seem to like them though it's not my style the ones he uses are red and less animated, maybe the v1? or maybe someone else made the same design tho I doubt,

as for why I took 1 star away ? well.. it's readability sadly (; ‾ ~‾) I really hate the resize cursors as when viewed on a high-res large screen they are really hard to see thankfully I've bought my own pc and made my own cursor set (՞ ᗜ ՞)
