All the 24 folder icons in this set have a marble texture as explained in the description above. This adds differentiation to the traditional look of folders with a solid fill colouring.
Coloured 7 Transparent Marble Folders Icons
Come over here and see this icon set. Here is a Coloured 7 Transparent Marble Folders set of folder icons for Windows 7 style folders. There are 12 colours available for both empty and full folders. In total, there are 24 icons in this amazing folder pack. This folder pack was created by Drawder on DeviantArt using Photoshop to re-colourize the folders. The original folder colour was purple, so Drawder used that as a template to create all the other colour variations for his collection of folder icons. Those folders look great because they have a transparent marble texture that makes them unique and also appear more like real cardboard folders rather than plastic folders.
Those folder icons originally came with only six resolutions, so I have added more resolutions to make it more suitable for each of the icon files to be usable and more flexible for use in multiple needed resolutions. I have used a better online site called aconvert.com to implement the extra resolutions. This site allows ten default resolutions, but I chose to squeeze in and extra custom resolution of 56x56 pixels in the custom box. Below is the online icon maker site that I have used to convert all the png images of 256x256 to produce a crystal-clear conversion of all the icons for all the folder icons:

I chose to include as many resolutions as possible, so I have checked all the check boxes and added the Custom size: manually of 56x56 pixels, which sits right in the middle point between 48x48 and 64x64 respectively. Below is the full list of all the 11 resolutions that I chose to include in this full set of folder icons:
1. 16x16
2. 24x24
3. 32x32
4. 48x48
5. 56x56
6. 64x64
7. 72x72
8. 80x80
9. 96x96
10. 128x128
11. 256x256
Please be aware that the more resolutions are included inside and icon, the better it is for the use of the icon and also for its diverse and versatile resolution status and usage ability. The use of those folder icons is perfect for organizing your projects by whatever category method you choose. You can also use those folder icons to create themes in Windows 7, by choosing a custom folder color to place as the default icon for the Administrator folder that sits on the Windows 7 Desktop. If you know how to manipulate the Windows 7 Registry, you can also set a folder color for both empty and full folders to display on all the operating system's folder for the particular user account in use whilst logged in and also for it to be part of the Windows 7's theme for the chosen user account of that person logged into Windows itself. I hope you find all those Windows 7 folder icons useful and helpful when creating themes in Windows 7 and organizing your work files and game downloads. Enjoy everything that this icon set has to offer.
