Hmmm...sounds like your CD/DVD drive. Eject the drive and see if you have a CD in it.

Aha! I found it. You might not understand it though...But it uses the Q drive and everything.

Essentially, the "Q drive" is a virtual file system that stores a special setup of Microsoft Office 2010.

I like the icons. Very useful. By the way, you can have any drive from a to z. You can set them in the control panel, although that is dangerous as some programs need a certain drive to run.
