There is no info on how to use the icons in windows 10.
Emoticons II Icons
The improved Emoticon icons that I am working on. They are much sharper than the previous set. They can also be used for more than just emoticons- large sizes are included. I will add the code for using them later and add more as I have time.
Steps:
1. Download
2. Enjoy
3. Come back to this page
4. Rate the icons
5. Comment on them- What do you use them for? Did you like them? Which ones are your favorite?
6. Suggest a new emoticon. This is the tricky part. The more emoticons that are added, the harder you will have to think to get a unique idea that isn't too similar to an existing emoticon.
