Here is the 2nd part of my skype emoticons! I'm waiting for your downloads!

I have made them with GIMP: I opened an existing ICO file in GIMP and replaced the graphics with my own. Then I exported it and set the bit-depths for every layer. You can see: it's very easy, even without icon editor!
