this is my fourth busy wheel to make, and it was all manually done.
I created a circle, put vertical and horizontal 1px lines, then did some copy cut paste work to make all the 45 deg lines in the same spots. then i duplicated, rotated, and repeated that process till i had 16 frames of octagonal rotation! wooh!
Aperture sciences, you inspired me thus.
