3D Gold Aero Cursors

This is a recolor of the 3D Silver Cursors by StickyChannel92, all except the handwriting cursor. It is also a modern version of the 3D-Bronze cursors from Windows XP. Busy, Precision, Text, Resize, Move and Alternate cursors aren't included as I can't consider a 3D gold aero version of them or they are included in sets by other users, such as the 3D Gold Cursors by StickyChannel92 (http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-set/3d-yellow).
