These Are Classic, Well Animated I Would Like To Call Windows And Say That They Should Use These Cursors For Their Windows 100...Hopefully They Will Agree!
Binary Enchanced - Black & White Shadow Cursors
Hopachi recently created colored cursor set which have a binary look to them with colored outlines. Those sets are for Windows 10. The Busy and Working in Background cursor roles are animated with zeros and ones like as with binary code.
This is a black set with a white outline, which represents dark theme cursors. This new series of cursor sets have 22 cursor roles and are in 10 colors.
See the preview of this cursor set at the bottom of this page on the TenForums, com site on the link below:

Enjoy another dark theme cursor set for Windows 10 - 19H1 or above.
Today there is an update with two new additional cursors. They are "Busy Star" and "Busy Waiting" cursor roles. One is simply a Busy cursor role whilst the other in a Working In Background cursor role. Enjoy the two new additional cursors made and reworked by i486. You can either download them here from the RealWorld website or at the bottom of page 15 from the TenForums.com website below:

I would recommend downloading this cursor set from the RealWorld website so that the download count can increase. I would also recommend re-downloading the full cursor set so that you do not have any missing cursors from this cursor pack.
Please note that the two new additional cursor roles are both animated busy cursors.
Update:
I have some excellent news for you. Today, there is a new update with two brand new animated cursors created by i486. He added two new animated hourglass cursors for both the "Busy" and "Working In Background" cursor roles. Those two extra hourglass cursors both have hourglasses symbols and are fully animated in the same way as how you would flip an hourglass when all the sand drains down to the bottom. Take a good look at the animation to properly appreciate it.
