Some Classic Windows XP cursors I modified and recolored them to blue. There are no Windows XP Blue cursor sets that are complete. This is the first set to be complete.

Added a Rock On cursor, credit to jamester44 for creating it: http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-detail/3381. I modified it a bit, so it can be more suitable for the set, and the user that downloaded the set.

Windows by default already has every possible colour of default cursors.go to Ease of access -> mouse pointer and choose pointer colour. For detailed procedure search google

But it doesn't use the classic default cursors from Windows 95 - XP. It uses a modern one.
