I agree. They are different but the same.
You should strive to keep the same design throughout the set but make them all different in a way that the user can readily identify which cursor is being employed.

Nice start to your second set.
I suggest reworking these cursors and updating the set.

JDDellGuy and his Steampunk cursors.
