This is a great idea! These are great, but now you should try to make the detail more... detailed, you know what I mean? Make the edges smoother, maybe gradients, etc.
Once again, awesome job!

It’s a wonderful set and I think they’re amazing.
You’ve included 15 cursors roles probably worth adding the location and person select in the future.
All your cursor hotspots are fine.
My only criticism is some of the cursors are hard to tell what they actually for like the handwriting one for example of the working in background cursor it’s hard to tell the role when using them.
Other than that the set is in great shape.
