I have always wanted to create a unique rainbow cursor set, but unfortunately, I could not do that because it is too complex for me to do. Instead, I have uploaded the original Rainbow cursor set by "bokuwatensai", who is the original designer of this Rainbow cursor set. Later, this cursor set has been shared on the DeviantArt site by "xxpinkerlilieoamalxx". I gave credit to the original creator (bokuwatensai) here:

I know that this cursor set would catch the eyes of my audience, but I am afraid that I had to upload it on this site only for sharing purposes. No violation in intended. There are already tens of thousands of downloads and so many ratings that was rated by many users on this website. I am so glad that so many users are loving this beautiful, animated rainbow cursor set so far. Such a complex animated rainbow cursor set requires extreme skill and level of knowledge to make, so I have decided to upload this one created by someone else. I am telling you the truth. I did not create this rainbow cursor set. Please read on below to learn more.
However, to be honest with you folks, I did not create this "Rainbow" cursor set, as I already explained above. This rainbow cursor set was actually created by "bokuwatensai", and later shared elsewhere by "xxpinkerlilieoamalxx". I gave credit to him and thanked him for creating this rainbow cursor set. Both authors have been credited and thanked by me. You also need to give thanks on your behalf to both of the authors on the given links just as I did. I also said to him that I have used this rainbow cursor set on the RealWorld website.
I have changed the licence of this uploaded rainbow cursor set to "Custom (Contact the Author)", because this cursor set does not belong to me. With the Custom licence, you are free to use the work for personal and noncommercial purposes. For any other uses, you must contact the author and ask for permission, as I have already talked about before.
First give credit to the original author if you plan to share this Rainbow cursor set from the link posted above. Just remember to be kind and always ask, comment, and rate the cursor set. Authors likes good feedback and ratings, as this encourages them to create more cursor sets later on. The identifier for this Rainbow cursor set is named "rainbow-18". That is because the RealWorld website has a total of 18 rainbow cursor sets, including this one by "xxpinkerlilieoamalxx" in total. As time goes by, other users are going to upload more and more rainbow sets of cursors and even rainbow icon sets so the identifier count will continue to count from "19" onwards. That is how the identifier count works on this RealWorld website. When uploading cursor sets and icon sets, the identifier is optional and is used as a unique filename for the zip file when downloading the full set. Updated Description
I have often been requested to add a Location Select and Person Select cursor roles. I am afraid that I cannot do that because I do not know how to design this cursor set. Also, to take note, is that this cursor set is not mine, so I cannot do any retouches on it. If the original author decides to add the "Location Select" and "Person Select" to this cursor set, I will also do that here. I have requested multiple times to the original author and the other author on the DeviantArt website to add the two extra cursor roles, but they have not done so yet. There are no updates at the moment, but if there are any updates to this Rainbow cursor set in the future, I will let you know by adding the two other cursor roles required for Windows 10 and Windows 11 and update this description as well. Just be patient as this cursor set might be updated, as expected because multiple users on the RealWorld website have requested me to add those extra often demanded cursor roles. The description below will be updated once the new cursor roles have been released, so I will put down a description about the Location Select and Person Select cursor roles below this paragraph.
This cursor set's real and actual name is called the Rainbow Pinwheel set. That is because of the spinning pinwheel "Busy" cursor role. This cursor set is extremely liked, and one of the most downloaded rainbow cursor sets on the RealWorld website. This cursor set has an excellent download reputation. Take a good look at how well the download count does day per day. The reputation of this cursor set is still going strong to this day. In a matter of fact, to prove to you that this Rainbow cursor set is loved by so many users on this site, a RealWorld user called Liyan Graphics has recently uploaded a copy of this cursor set on his own profile. Please do not re-upload this cursor set again because it always exists twice on the RealWorld website.
