A few things...
The question mark in Help Select doesn't have smooth lines even though the arrow does, so it looks a little out of place.
It looks like Working In Background is missing a few frames. The wheel doesn't spin all the way around.
Busy is a little off center, and it looks like you rotated the whole thing, making 4 frames look clear and the rest look a little blurry. Drawing it with antialiasing on should solve that.
Text Select is a little off center too, and the top part looks like it's a couple pixels thicker than the bottom part.
In Unavailable, the outside has smooth edges, but the inside doesn't (between the circle and the rainbow).
The word "LINK" might not show up very well in front of text because it's black and only 1 pixel thick. Link Select cursors are in front of text a lot. Also it looks the same as Normal Select at the beginning, so users will have to wait a pretty long frame to see if they're over a link or not. You could take out the word and animate the rainbow to let people know it's a link.
These are small things though. It's a good set. It reminds me of the rainbow cursor that came with old versions of Windows.

Rainbow up (Maybe just normal select for left handed people) is not colorful. but another cursors are ok.
great set! I really like them!

You need to add all the cursor roles if you want people to consider this cursor set complete.
