I’m not a huge fan of this set while the pointer design looks alright this set has a few issues.
Firstly the cursor set lacks all seventeen cursors roles.
This cursor set has 3 cursors the normal Select looks alright and is probably the best cursor in the set.
The aero arrow looks alright.
The aero busy cursor makes no sense the cursor set is supposed to be red and that cursor is blue which looks inconsistent.
Overall the three cursor don’t feel and look as if they should be in the same set together.
All your hotspots are in the correct place though.

The first one is from chroma set of cursors of Riddler, the red one it is just a small design of one of the frames and the busy one is from Windows-10 default set. So this doesn't make too much sense
