The kobito from Touhou 14, Double Dealing character. I think the busy cursor's hotspot is a pixel off (the program was giving me a hard time about it...), but you normally don't click things while it's busy anyways.

These are fantasticly made, I just wish that there was a full set. You are only missing a few unimportant ones, but it makes it nicer.
