These cursors were made before the Vista OS period. Don't consider them as such please.
who cares if they look like or not like vista? these were made during vista's beta stages. i never actually knew the final icons that were in the RTM releases of vista. yeah these are fails.

of course. if i needed to, i could make it go as long as one hour, but that would take an extreme amount time to complete. CR stands for Clock Reset. Besides, there are no programmable codes in cursors, right?
The Target Load and Clock are really cool. You should make a compleat set with these.
