There are no hotspots Mei they are not cursors. 
Nice ball icons... I really like the green one, why didn't you just change the color of the green one? The others are different bur not as realistic. The bottom looks like an indentation on the blue, red, and special but the orange looks a bit weird.
Nice that you leave it as free art, always nice to share.
