U need the cursor maker or change cursor. ;-)

Right click on the desktop, choose Personalization, then themes, and go to cursor settings. choose cursors you want instead of defaults. And yeah, make sure you put your cursors into windows "Cursors" file so you won't have to reset cursors after restarting computer.
