Interesting idea. I especially like the "Busy" cursor's animation. I don't really like the ring being around the "Normal select" and "Handwriting" cursors because in my opinion it removes some pointing functionality. That's a pretty big thing with me. Also, I think that the "Unavailable" cursor would look better with a smooth slightly thicker line rather than the jagged thin one that it currently has.
The set design itself it really nice though, good quality work. Did you use the 3D editor to make the question mark or did you draw it yourself?

This is awesome!

Very good idea!!!! I especially like the busy and the background ones. I like the bouncing resize cursors, but I think they are much to distracting. With the background cursor, you could turn it into a normal select cursor, and make other colorful cursors to go along with it! Great work and good quality!

They are OK. I think that the insides of the rings should be more colorful. The unavailable cursor's line goes from the top left to the bottom right. The animations move to quickly. I don't hate them but they arn't "AMAZING". I like the "help" one, though. The "text" one is the next best. I would try to improve the rest. The "busy" one is all right but I would add a "light" background to it. Anyway, if you add more colors to the cursors, they would look better to me and be more pretty.

I liked the busy cursor best. Maybe the question mark in the help cursor could spin around in it's ring, or the rings could change colors?

I just adore animations!
Nice set here though not so shiny..
try adding a small (curved) amount of white in the center of your highlight.
Nice job!
