Rise of Nations black & white Cursors

One of the game files ( .ini, methinks)
contains a hidden setting
that instructs to use THESE
instead of their polichrome counterparts.
At least one buyer found these to be
the defaults instead of the others,
& I speculate there might've been
a text line in the read-me
revealing such setting, were
the colored cursors to blink on
a screen from back-in-the-day.
